SECTION 2 - OUR SERVICES

The TJ Spot Pop Up Roller Rink provides mobile roller skating rink rentals and event services for private parties, schools, corporate events, and community events.

All services require:

A flat, hard surface (no grass or uneven terrain)
Safe and accessible setup area (no stairs unless elevator access is available)
Adequate space based on rink size selected

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if the event location is unsafe or does not meet setup requirements.

SECTION 3 - BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

To secure your event date:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the event date

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All payments are non-refundable once booked
Events may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability
Weather-related events may be rescheduled at our discretion
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of all payments

SECTION 4 - EVENT REQUIREMENTS & SAFETY

All participants must follow safety rules:

Waivers are REQUIRED for all skaters before participation

Socks must be worn at all times while using rental skates
Guests may bring their own skates at their own risk
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times
No rough skating, horseplay, fighting, or unsafe behavior is permitted

We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not follow safety guidelines.

SECTION 5 - LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Roller skating is a physical activity that involves risk. By participating:

You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with skating
You agree that The TJ Spot Pop Up Roller Rink is not liable for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses
All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to skating

Participation is at your own risk.

SECTION 6 - PRICING AND BILLING

Prices for services are subject to change without notice.

Pricing is based on rink size, duration, and location
Travel fees may apply depending on event location
Additional time beyond the agreed rental period is billed at $150 per hour
Holiday or special event pricing may apply

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges associated with your booking.

SECTION 7 - SETUP & BREAKDOWN

Setup begins approximately 2–3 hours prior to event start time
Breakdown occurs approximately 1–1.5 hours after the event ends
Client must ensure access to the venue during setup and breakdown times
Equipment cannot be carried up stairs; elevator or ground-level access is required

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, and images, is the property of The TJ Spot Pop Up Roller Rink and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not control. These tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.
