Each rental includes the portable skating rink, roller skate rentals, professional setup and breakdown, and The TJ Spot staff during your scheduled skating time.
WHAT COMES WITH YOUR RINK RENTAL
Portable Roller Skating Rink
Our rink is delivered and professionally installed at your event location.
Roller Skate Rentals Included
Skates are available in sizes Youth J10 through Adult 13 and are included with your rink rental.
On-Site Staff
Our team will assist with skate distribution, rink operations, and skate collection throughout your event.
🔧 Setup & Breakdown
Please allow approximately 2–3 hours before your event for setup and approximately 1 hour after the event for breakdown.
BEFORE SELECTING YOUR RINK
Please make sure your event space can accommodate the rink size you select.
Our standard rink sizes are:
600 SQ FT — 20 ft × 30 ft
900 SQ FT — 30 ft × 30 ft
1,200 SQ FT — 30 ft × 40 ft
2,000 SQ FT — 40 ft × 50 ft
⭐ Important: These dimensions are for the skating floor itself. Please allow additional space around the rink for skate pickup, seating, guests, and staff.
RINK SURFACE REQUIREMENTS
The rink can be installed indoors or outdoors on a:
• Flat surface
• Solid surface
• Clean and level area
• Concrete, asphalt, gym floor, event floor, or other approved hard surface
🚫 We cannot install the skating rink directly on grass, sand, dirt, or uneven surfaces.
If you're unsure whether your event space will work, please contact us before booking.
SKATE RENTAL INFORMATION
Roller skate rentals are included with your package at no additional charge.
Socks are required when using The TJ Spot rental skates.
Guests may also bring their own roller skates. Personal skates must be:
• Clean and free of rocks, dirt, and debris
• Safe for use on our flooring
• Equipped with appropriate toe stops or plugs
Rental skates must be returned to our skate area when guests are finished skating.
BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME! 💛
The TJ Spot welcomes first-time skaters, beginners, experienced skaters, kids, teens, and adults.
Parents and guardians should be prepared to assist young children and first-time skaters as needed.
