Please read our full policy before booking your event.

 Our Services

  • We bring the skates and rink directly to you!
  • No other entertainment is included.
  • Perfect for kids and adults — fun for all ages!

Event Types

Booking & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds after booking.
  • You have 48 hours to reschedule your event.
  • If it rains, you may reschedule your event — NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • $100 Holiday Fee applies for events held on holidays.

Setup & Timing

  • Setup: 3 hours before event start time.
  • Breakdown: 1 hour after event ends.
  • The rink can be installed indoors or outdoors on a flat, solid surface (no grass).
  • Events start and end promptly on time.
  • Additional time can be added during booking.
  • For early or late event times, contact us directly to confirm availability.
  • Availability updates weekly — reserve your date early

 Skating Guidelines

  • Skate at your own risk. The TJ Spot is not responsible for accidents.
  • All adults (18+) must complete a waiver at the time of booking.
  • Non-skaters and beginners are welcome! For safety, please have an adult walk beside them.
  • Optional barriers can be provided upon request (additional fee applies).
  • Children must be supervised — parents or guardians must assist first-time skaters.
  • Skate floor times are subject to change based on event needs.

Rental Policy

  • Free skate rentals are included with your rink booking.
  • Please return rental skates to retrieve your shoes — no exceptions.
  • The event host is responsible for any lost or stolen skates.
  • Personal skates are welcome if clean, debris-free, and equipped with plugs/toe stops.
  • Socks are required for all skaters using rental skates. 

 Conduct & Safety

  • All minors must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating policies.
  • Please be respectful to all staff and participants.
  • No fighting, spitting, pushing, tripping, cursing, or weapons permitted.
  • No food or drinks allowed on the rink floor. 

 Insurance

  • The TJ Spot is a fully licensed and insured Florida company.
  • We carry liability insurance and can provide certificates upon request.
  • Please notify us in advance if your venue requires proof of insurance. 

Payment Options

  • 50% deposit due to reserve your event date.
  • Remaining balance due before or on the day of the event.
  • Accepted payments: Check or ACH.

Waiver Requirement

All participants — both children and adults — must complete the TJ Spot Liability Waiver before skating.

NO EXCEPTIONS!
